The Magic of Sports

If we have something to say about sport , it is that it is magical.

If you do sports, you know what I'm talking about.

When you feel sad, depressed or don't feel like doing anything and you go for a simple walk outdoors, you will see that even just a little bit, you feel better. That's magic! Something as simple as walking transforms your mind in a matter of minutes.

There are studies that show that playing sports improves our mood , not to mention the changes that slowly occur in our body.

And not to mention how beneficial it is to combat many of the diseases that surround us. Breast cancer, for example , has already been shown to be avoided by doing sports, such as walking, running, swimming...even in mental illnesses, sports are recommended.

So? Why are we always making excuses to do it? You don't have to be an elite athlete, or run a marathon, start by walking. Can you seriously not allocate half an hour of your time to take care of yourself?

I propose a challenge to you. For just two weeks, go for a walk, it doesn't have to be every day, you can skip it, start with 30 minutes, and then look in the mirror and tell yourself how you feel. Or if you prefer, write to me to tell me, and we can share it with more people so that you can be motivated.
